Just found this gem of a place. I came to this store in search of a new vape after I broke mine...and wow! I'm blown away on how great the customer service is. The prices aren't jacked up like the other stores, and they make you feel appreciated as soon as you walk in the door. I don't know these people, and nobody encouraged me to write a review. As long as they're around, they'll have my business. Bonus: large parking lot as well

I love this smoke shop! There is a couple closer to my house but I go out of my way to shop at this one because their customer service and selection of products far surpasses all of their competition. If you're looking for cigarettes, e-cigs, vapes, or other hardware, you really don't need to go anywhere else. They even have a lot of what companies sell on their website available if you're not in the mood to wait for shipping. But really, what keeps me coming back is the people behind the counter. It's a father and son who own the place, and I've been helped by the latter a few times. Once when I bought a zippo and recently a V2 vape. He's so knowledgeable and easy to talk to and no matter what he tries to throw in something small or big for free with your large purchase to show his appreciation for your business. Hands down best smoke shop in the South Bay Area.

This place is the BEST!!!! I was referred here from an another shop , wow friendly staff, Very informative answered all my questions in detail, I needed new vapor tank and some vap juice, dude hooked me up for less $ than I thought. But if you go in and have questions about stuff be ready and be patient, they are busy !!! Big shoot out to my main man Ray; ) Coolest, super chill and knows exactly what you'll need and what you'll want!!! And it don't stink like smoke. Very nice shop. Well 1 month later and .... needed to update everyone, Still is my AAA SHOP !!! I needed a new vap battery, stop in a once again Ray said I could sell you a good battery for a high price or.... I could sell you a great battery for a low price... I opted for the great battery and again Ray hit it on the head .., OOOOHHHH SSOOOOO HAPPY!!! Ray and his Pops hands down the nicest people in ANY retail shop , in any industry!!! I wish more businesses had their attitude. So once more LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!

So nice to beginners with about $25 starter kits. Great prices and flavors for vapes.
